If you want to obtain your Title Deeds without too much trouble and you have made alterations to your property, (pergolas, car ports, garden sheds, even covered your patio area) then you need to see a solicitor and start the process to obtain amnesty.

All Statements of Intent and Affidavits have to be lodged with the Commission by 7th October 2011.

After this you may have to pay a fine plus other costs as well.

I also have a copy of the Planning Amnesty Bulletin in English.
