PISSOURI RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION

The aims of the Pissouri Residents Association (PRA) are to bring together all residents of Pissouri, to help each other
with exchanges of information and to provide support, a forum for discussion and social events.

We have a diverse membership with obviously Cypriot and British members, but also German, Dutch, South African and Canadian to name just a few other nationalities.

We take a close interest in the environment of Pissouri and its surrounding areas
and we support and assist with Village activities.

The Association works in close cooperation with all the Village authorities.  
It actively encourages members to vote in the local elections and provides practical help and information
on how to register.
This helps the Village to obtain funds from Limassol District Council and the Central Government
because the size of Pissouri for this purpose is measured by the number of residents registered to vote.

The success of the PRA is very much due to the work of its Committee and other members who willingly help in its activities.

We are grateful also to to our Mukhtar and his outstanding team in the Village Office.  In our opinion they are unrivalled in Cyprus and we owe them a considerable vote of thanks.
